Two Weeks Into Our Rebrand, Here's What Actually Changed.

It has been two weeks since OneForma stepped into its new identity, and the fresh look has had its moment. The logo, the color, the name: people noticed, and we were glad they did. But the look was never really the point, and two weeks is long enough for that to start becoming clear.

A rebrand is easy to announce and easy to forget. A new logo asks nothing of you. What we set out to build asked a great deal of us, because it started from a harder question: does this actually make things better for the person doing the work?

Three Changes You Can Actually Feel

If you have logged in over the past couple of weeks, three of these changes are the ones you are most likely to notice and none of them are "cosmetic". They are the difference between something that looks updated and something that genuinely works differently.

1. A Clearer View Of Your Work

You can see where you stand. Your history, your projects, and your progress are easier to find and easier to read, so you spend less time wondering what is happening with an application and more time doing the work you came here for.

2. More Open Communication

We are being more direct about what is available now, what we are still building, and what is coming next. That includes the harder messages. When something is delayed, or a part of the site is not behaving, you should hear it from us plainly, rather than piece it together on your own.

3. Matching Built Around Your Expertise

The projects that reach your dashboard are meant to reflect who you actually are: your language, your field, and the firsthand knowledge no model can replicate. Better matching means less scrolling past work that was never for you, and more of the work that is.

What We Believe In

Every one of those changes traces back to a single belief we have not stopped repeating, because we have not stopped meaning it. Everyone is an expert!

We mean everyone, not only the people holding a certificate. The bilingual speaker who catches what a translation quietly gets wrong. The specialist who knows an instruction will fall apart the moment it meets the real world. The person whose only credential is a life spent doing something most people never think to value. That is exactly the kind of expertise the companies building AI are looking for, and putting it to work is the reason OneForma exists.

We Don't Hide This From You

Two weeks of real use teaches you things a launch plan never can. A belief only means something once real workflows, real projects, and real feedback have tested it. Some of what we changed is working the way we hoped. Some of it still needs attention, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
